The service

FDA Radar monitors public FDA and Federal Register activity, matches it to the product profiles you create, and delivers summaries, urgency assessments, and recommended actions reviewed by a regulatory professional. It is provided as-is during early access, free of charge, and we may change or discontinue features as the product develops — material changes are announced in the digest and the changelog.

Intelligence, not advice

This is the clause that matters, so it is first and in plain words. FDA Radar provides regulatory intelligence, not regulatory, legal, or professional advice. Summaries and recommended actions are a professionally prepared starting point based on public information — they are not a review of your product, your submission, or your facts, and they do not create a consultant-client relationship. Regulatory decisions about your products remain yours. Always verify against the primary FDA source, which every item links to.

Accuracy and corrections

We work to a published set of editorial standards, and when we get something wrong we correct it in public, dated. We do not warrant that the service is complete or error-free — our sources page states exactly what is covered and what is not — and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it (during early access: nothing).

Your account and content

  • You must control the email address you register.
  • The product information you enter remains yours. You grant us the right to process it to operate the service — matching, display, and the aggregate statistics described in the privacy policy — and nothing more.
  • Don’t abuse the service: no scraping other subscribers’ data (there is no path to it, but don’t look for one), no attempts to breach the access controls, no use of the service to violate law.

Termination

You can leave at any time — unsubscribe, delete your products, or ask us to delete the account entirely. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and we’ll say why.
